We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Solution Sales Professional
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with customers to understand business needs and map them to Microsoft solution areas, including Modern Work or Security or Azure or Data or AI.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations, lead technical discussions.
- Share best practices, use cases, and competitive insights to help customers make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Delivery, and Microsoft teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Support commercial negotiations and ensure alignment on scope, value, and delivery outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert across Microsoft solution areas, including Modern Work, Azure, Security, and Data & AI.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft's evolving portfolio and industry trends.
- 2+ years of experience in a Solution Sales or technical presales role within the Microsoft IT/cloud space.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies, especially in the areas of Modern Work or Security or Azure or Data or AI.
- Strong ability to build trusted relationships and take part in effective negotiations at various organizational levels.
- Passion for driving digital transformation through innovative, cloud-based solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey technical value in a business context.
- Working knowledge of cloud computing concepts and how they apply in business scenarios.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g. Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, or Data & AI) are a plus.
- Fluent in English and Ukrainian or Russian (C1 level).
- Knowledge of Polish will be a plus.
