Responsibilities

  • Managing and optimising post-sales processes across the partner network
  • Planning, coordinating and controlling the execution of after-sales activities
  • Implementing and monitoring KPIs at both partner and corporate levels
  • Ensuring high data quality across internal company systems
  • Delivering technical and system training for business partners
  • Developing procedures, standards and documentation
  • Conducting internal audits and ensuring process compliance
  • Performing technical and quality analyses together with the central technical department
  • Initiating and leading improvement projects to increase the efficiency of after-sales operations

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar operational, technical or partner-facing role
  • Experience in project management; team leadership experience is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Higher technical education
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes
  • English and Russian at C1 level
  • Category B driving licence
