Job OverviewJoining TE's HR Services team gives you the chance to be at the heart of HR operations, supporting employees, managers, and HR colleagues in a dynamic, centralized function. You will handle a wide variety of HR-related transactions, from onboarding new hires and managing status changes and benefits to processing terminations, while responding to policy and program inquiries. This role offers the opportunity to develop strong HR expertise, enhance your communication and problem-solving skills, and grow your career in an international, collaborative environment.
What your background should look like:- Coordinate recruitment processes: schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and support Hiring Managers
- Collaborate with local HR and HR Business Partners on daily HR operations
- Prepare and process employment contracts and related HR documentation
- Provide recruitment and documentation support for seasonal employees
- Manage assigned HR cases, ensuring prioritization and timely resolution
- Process HR transactions accurately in line with standard procedures and local policies
- Participate in daily team meetings to track progress and align on priorities
- Act on feedback and corrective action plans to avoid repeat issues
- Build strong relationships with managers, employees, and HR teams as a trusted HR partner
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery
- University degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR, Customer Service, or Operations
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient English (B2) and French (B2)
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word), experience with HR systems (Workday, SAP) is a plus
