Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage and oversee complex projects within the financial services sector.

The successful candidate will be part of a multinational team, based in our Warsaw office and contribute to the successful delivery of innovative financial solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • End to end project management of complex projects in the field of Electronic Financial Transactions across Europe.
  • Develop project plans that display milestones, monitor progress, and conduct regular project reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and manage changes in scope and schedules.
  • Ensure that projects scope is communicated and understood amongst the stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholders' expectations and concerns.
  • Identify risks on a timely manner, as well as provide mitigation plans and seek innovative ways to remove project obstacles.
  • Maintain regular reporting of projects' status in company portal and to project stakeholders in written.
Requirements

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related academic field.
  • A minimum three (3) years of Project Management experience in multinational environments preferably within the financial services and/or banking sectors. Prior technical/software engineering experience is preferable.
  • Proven experience in coaching and mentoring project teams.
  • Business and Technical understanding of the Electronic Financial Transactions (EFT) business (POS, e-commerce, or ATM) and/or banking IT will be considered a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Polish, both verbal and written.

  • Strong planning and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a challenging and international environment is essential.
  • Analytical, out of the box thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Process driven, proactive in anticipating problems and potential solutions well in advance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; written and oral.
