Job Title: Solution Architect

Location: Warsaw, Poland - Hybrid: 2-3 Days to Office Every Week

Duration: 6 Months

Employment Type: Contract B2B

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced
Solution Architect
to translate business and technical requirements into scalable architecture blueprints and guide end-to-end solution delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, and enterprise architecture to ensure solutions align with strategic goals and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business/technical requirements into clear architecture designs and roadmaps.
  • Create and maintain architectural artefacts, principles, and guidelines.
  • Lead solution design across multiple initiatives to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies ensuring fit with business strategy.
  • Provide architecture leadership, consulting support, and guidance to agile teams.
  • Identify interdependencies, reduce technical debt, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate roadmaps, risks, and options to stakeholders with clarity.
