Responsibilities:

  • Implementing quality control processes for new projects
  • Audits of (new) supplier companies & processes and creation of audit reports
  • Developing and maintaining component inspection standards
  • Monitoring and analyzing quality performance indicators, initiating corrective actions
  • Managing complaints: defect analysis, documentation, and oversight of sorting activities
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to drive continuous quality improvement
  • Preparing and supervising quality documentation
  • Coordinating with suppliers on complaints and process changes

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor in Engineering
  • Minimum 2 – 4 years in a production quality environment
  • Good knowledge of English and problem solving techniques
  • SAP knowledge & Qualified ISO auditor– nice to have
  • Good user knowledge of PS (Windows, Microsoft Office)
  • Lean philosophy/Continuously improvement, logical and decision making ability
