CMC Markets is looking for a
Senior Paid Media Specialist
to join our team as we continue to build our European Centre of Excellence.

As
Senior Paid Media Specialist
you will drive the performance of our
global
display and programmatic campaigns
. Based in Warsaw, you'll manage end-to-end campaign operations across programmatic, display, and video channels - ensuring our media investments deliver measurable business results.

You'll work closely with global marketing, analytics, and creative teams to shape our acquisition strategy, optimise performance, and enhance media effectiveness through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise programmatic and display campaigns across DSPs, ad networks, and publisher partnerships
  • Oversee targeting, bidding, and pacing to maximise ROI and budget efficiency
  • Implement robust tracking, tagging, and attribution frameworks
  • Use data insights to drive optimisation, testing, and audience segmentation
  • Develop strategies using first-party data, lookalike audiences, and contextual targeting
  • Manage relationships with DSPs, DMPs, and ad tech partners
  • Report on performance and deliver actionable insights
  • Ensure compliance with brand safety and data privacy standards

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years managing programmatic and display campaigns (agency or in-house)
  • Strong understanding of programmatic buying, RTB, and optimisation
  • Hands-on experience with DSPs (e.g. The Trade Desk)
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (GA, CM360, etc.)
  • Solid grasp of performance metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS)
  • Experience across display, video, and social channels
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus

Desirable

  • Experience in financial services or fintech
  • Knowledge of CRM data integration, DCO, and tag management
  • Familiarity with privacy-first and cookieless targeting solutions
