W Grupie Morizon-Gratka (część RASP) tworzymy produkty, z których codziennie korzystają miliony użytkowników poszukujących nieruchomości i samochodów.

Rozwijamy backend, migrujemy do AWS i wdrażamy AI-assisted development w codziennym kodowaniu. Szukamy Lead Software Engineera, który łączy myślenie strategiczne z pracą techniczną.

W 2026 skupiamy się na modernizacji systemów, R&D i AI-driven development – więcej eksperymentów, mniej maintenance'u.

Zaczniesz od kodowania i poznania zespołu (5–8 inżynierów), a z czasem dojdzie mentoring, feedback i dbanie o kierunek techniczny.

Pracujemy w 2-tygodniowych sprintach – bez Scrum Mastera, w duecie Leader + Project Manager, który trzyma rytm i wspólnie z zespołem planuje sprinty, estymacje i ryzyka.

Po szkoleniu w 10xDevs rozwijamy praktykę AI-assisted coding – chcemy, by nowa osoba pomogła ją wdrażać w zespole i wykorzystać AI do jeszcze lepszego, szybszego kodowania.

Wymagania

Tech stack:

  • PHP + Symfony
  • Elixir, Phoenix, Ecto
  • MySQL, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch
  • Redis, RabbitMQ, Bash, Git
  • AWS – praktyczna znajomość usług i doświadczenie w projektach migracyjnych do chmury
  • AI-assisted coding (preferowane środowisko Cursor)
  • Znajomość DDD i mikroserwisów
  • Kubernetes, Docker
  • Grafana, Kibana
