Your IMPACT:

  • Responsible for both management and statutory Financial Statements related to entities part of his/her scope, manage the overall risks and ensure overall compliance in the country, under the leadership of the Territory CFO, working closely with CAO and Finance experts
  • Coordinate month-end closing and participate to Balance Sheet Reviews, closely with CAO and accounting team, and provide analysis.
  • Co-pilot with the Country President in order to deliver and optimize short and long term Business Performance, by supporting strategy and participating to decision making. Provide management with strong financial insights, especially on performance management (monthly, forecast on main performance indicators (Sales, Orders, Commercial Margin, Cash Management, etc.), challenge and follow action plans to achieve targets.
  • Participate in Territory Finance Council, People Committee, lead Country Finance Council and play an active role in Finance Community
  • Contribute or lead projects at country level

    • Internal interactions (territory & corporate)

Business Leaders in the Country, Territory or Zone

Finance Territory team: CFO, CAO, Business Finance

Finance Experts (Corporate, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Internal Audit and Control), HR, Purchasing, Schneider Digital, etc.

    • External interactions

Auditors, Banks, Government Administration & local authorities, Agencies, Regulators, Customers, etc.

    • Scope & Reporting Lines

Scope: all entities part of a given country (within Operations Organizations)

Reporting directly to the Zone/Territory Chief Finance Officer and functionally to the Country President

Your Profile:

  • Solid experience in finance and performance systems roles
  • Expertise in accounting , controlling & business partnership
  • Experience in international finance environment and cross-functional team
  • Strong Business understanding and acumen
  • English spoken and written mandatory, Polish good command recommended
