Senior Flutter Developer

Fully remote, Poland

Project Information:

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to join our collaborative team and contribute to the development of our multi-platform applications. In this role, you will work closely with product owners, designers, and other developers to build and maintain high-performance applications that run on Web, Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, and Android platforms. If you have a passion for single code base development, a strong background in Flutter, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply.

Job requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in application development overall.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Flutter
  • Proficiency in Flutter and Dart
  • Experience building and deploying mobile applications using Flutter
  • Strong understanding of state management in Flutter (e.g., Riverpod, Provider, Bloc)
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services
  • Familiarity with mobile app design principles and UI/UX best practices
  • Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Embracing AI assisted development
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to haves

  • Experience with publishing to app stores
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
  • Familiarity with unit testing frameworks in Flutter (e.g., flutter_test)
  • Experience with platform-specific code (Swift, Kotlin, etc.)
  • Familiarity with backend-as-a-service platforms like SupaBase or Firebase
  • Understanding of app performance optimization techniques
  • Contributions to open-source Flutter projects or plugins
