You:
  • Minimum 6 years of commercial experience in developing modern applications for the Android platform
  • Very good knowledge of Kotlin and Android SDK
  • Experience working with Coroutines, Kotlin Flow, Retrofit, Dependency Injection frameworks (e.g., Dagger2, Hilt), MVVM, Navigation Component
  • Ability to use debugging tools
  • Experience in writing unit tests
  • Knowledge of Jetpack Compose
  • Experience working with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)
  • Knowledge of the Google Play app publishing process
  • Experience in designing mobile application architecture and working with modular projects
  • Experience in designing architecture and leading a team (Tech Lead / Lead Developer)
  • Knowledge of English at a level that allows for fluent communication with clients

  • Creating and developing code in cooperation with the project team
  • Making key technical decisions, taking into account business requirements and technical conditions of the project
  • Mentoring programmers (junior/mid), conducting code reviews, and ensuring the highest technical standards in the team
  • Consulting with the client on proposed solutions for new functionalities
  • Participating in project analysis, estimation, and planning processes
  • Supporting decision-making regarding application architecture and design
