Project
We're looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to lead exciting IT initiatives and support our teams in delivering high-quality solutions. If you love keeping things organized, working with people, and driving projects forward, this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing multiple IT projects simultaneously
  • Planning, coordinating, and overseeing project tasks
  • Reporting project progress to clients and internally within the organization
  • Facilitating meetings such as sprint reviews, retrospectives, and status updates
  • Identifying and managing project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks
  • Ensuring high-quality standards are met across all project phases
  • Collaborating daily with developers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure success

Expected Competences And Knowledge

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry
  • Strong background in reporting and stakeholder management
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Good command of English (both spoken and written), enabling effective collaboration in international projects
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
  • Ability to navigate and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail
