Main Responsibilities

  • Process invoices and travel expenses (PO and Non-PO related)
  • Handle vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies
  • Payroll report review and control
  • Concur report preparation
  • Perform month-end closing activities including:
  • AP accruals
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Aged item follow-up
  • Clear open items in a timely manner
  • Communicate daily with business partners and stakeholders
  • Ensure high-quality, professional accounting service delivery in line with SLA agreements
  • Adhere to and support internal control standards and processes

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a finance-related role, preferably in Accounts Payable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative team spirit
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proactive mindset with problem-solving orientation
  • Very good command of English (both written and spoken)
