Your tasks

  • Leading the T&M sales and applications team in Poland, defining individual goals and assessing performance
  • Focusing on developing the sales strategy and initiatives to grow the Test & Measurement (T&M) business in Poland
  • Ensuring European sales initiatives are represented and implemented in Poland
  • Aligning annual business and sales strategies and targets with the company's overall strategy and objectives
  • Building and maintaining sustainable, value-driven relationships with key customers while achieving annual business targets
  • Following up on public and private tenders
  • Establishing agreements with distributors, partners and third parties necessary for business success
  • Maintaining relationships with distributors and sales partners in Poland
  • Representing Poland at Test & Measurement European sales management meetings
  • Ensuring the sales funnel in the company's CRM is properly managed and kept up to date

Your Qualifications

  • Master or Bachelor Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering
  • Solid experience in Sales and business development initiatives
  • Experience in leading a sales team (direct line management)
  • Able to understand the polish business and business trends, ability to take on an entrepreneurial perspective
  • Solid knowledge of T&M industries (Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, Wireless, Industrial, Research & University)
  • Excellent communication skills, customer interfacing and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English. German is a plus
  • Ready to travel within Poland and Europe on regular level
  • Candidate must be a resident of Poland
