A day at MKS :

We are looking for our next Customer Service Specialist in our company MKS ATOTECH based in Poznan (Hybrid mode) for one year and half (short term contract until june 2027).

You will make an impact by :

  • Order fulfillment and customer contact
  • Issuing VAT invoices in the SAP system and other sales-related documents
  • Collaborating with a transport company to fulfil forwarding orders
  • Collaborating with technical and sales representatives
  • Maintaining records of sales support documents
  • Supporting the logistics department in ongoing tasks (including contact with production units, cooperation with suppliers, order monitoring, acceptance of deliveries, etc.)
  • Collaborating with the logistics operator in terms of warehousing and distribution
  • Organizing urgent shipments
  • Regularly clarifying warehouse discrepancies (stock comparison)
  • Handling and registering complaints regarding the logistics operator

Your profil :

  • Higher education in commerce, business, administration, logistic or any relevant field
  • Fluent Polish, both spoken and written
  • Conversational English
  • Experience in a similar position is desirable
  • Positive attitude and Open-mindedness
  • Ability to interact effectively and efficiently with internal clients and external partners
  • Precise and well-organized workflow, good work documentation
  • Proficiency with MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)
