We have an immediate requirement for a Data Analyst to join our team. The position is for a nearshore location, specifically Poland (Warsaw) or Hungary (Budapest).
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with Supply Chain stakeholders to elicit business requirements, define business value,
and identify data needs for dashboards and self-service datasets.
· Prioritize requirements and dashboard features for maximum business impact.
· Work with Data/Business Analysts and SAP Functional Consultants to validate data sources
(especially SAP S/4HANA) and ensure data quality and availability.
· Design dashboard mock-ups and wireframes with a focus on UX/UI.
· Support development, testing, and deployment of dashboards and datasets.
· Define test cases and coordinate UAT to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Qualifications
· 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the supply chain domain.
· Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
· Experience with SAP S/4HANA (MM, SD) preferred.
· Excellent communication and requirement-gathering skills.
· Ability to create data visualization prototypes and detailed documentation (user stories,
use cases, functional specs).
