Obowiązki

  • Współpraca z wewnętrznymi interesariuszami (pracownikami, partnerami biznesowymi) oraz zewnętrznymi dostawcami w celu ułatwienia procesów mobilności globalnej,
  • Zarządzanie procesem międzynarodowych delegacji, w tym relokacją, imigracją i zgodnością podatkową,
  • Przygotowywanie i zarządzanie odpowiednimi dokumentami i listami kontrolnymi, aby zapewnić, że wszystkie niezbędne formalności są wypełnione dokładnie i na czas,
  • Zapewnienie zgodności z różnymi przepisami, w tym ochroną danych, przepisami podatkowymi oraz ubezpieczeniowymi,
  • Utrzymywanie i aktualizowanie systemów i dokumentacji związanych z mobilnością globalną,

Wymagania:

  • Ukończone studia z zakresu zarządzania, psychologii, socjologii lub podobne wykształcenie,
  • Doświadczenie zawodowe na stanowisku: HR Advisor, HR Delivery Specialist, HR Services Specialist lub pokrewne,
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie zaawansowanym (min. B2/C1),
  • Doświadczenie w środowisku korporacyjnym/SSC,
  • Gotowość do pracy z biura w Poznaniu (1-2 razy w miesiącu),
  • Umiejętność pracy w zespole,
  • Nastawienie na sukces i chęć rozwoju.
