This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Junior/Senior Specialist for internal HR and payroll services. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting employees in human resources and payroll issues, responding to inquiries, checking information in internal systems, processing orders, and ensuring professional support and building relationships with internal customers.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting employees in human resources and payroll issues
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding personnel issues - contracts, leave, documents
- Checking information in internal systems
- Processing of ongoing orders from the country
- Contacting with the national HR unit
- Extracting reports from Excel
- Ensuring professional support and building relationships with internal customers

Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish and English
- MS Office knowledge
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model
- Personnel Administration and Payroll experience
- Experience in working on SAP and ticketing system
- Communication skills, commitment, and willingness to gain new experience in HR and payroll
