Job Purpose

To lead the delivery of the global HR strategy at a local level. As a business partner, the HR Manager is responsible for providing functional expertise on all areas of the employee lifecycle – from attracting talent, succession planning and retention; to employee relations, performance management, organizational design and development; ensuring all policies and procedures are relevant and communicated effectively, and Managers are equipped to deal with people related matters; compensation and statutory regulations.

The HR manager will work closely with the International HR colleagues on projects aligned to the People Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with managers to resolve various employee and organizational issues, including headcount planning, organizational development, and other areas of the employee lifecycle.
  • Provide advisory services in performance planning, interpretation of company policies and programs, performance management, employee relations, talent development, and retention activities.
  • Oversee HR Administration & Payroll
  • Offer consultative support and guidance to managers on the implementation and coordination of core global and local HR programs.
  • Monitor key business metrics and utilize workforce analytics to identify areas of opportunity/concern, supporting the creation and execution of action plans.
  • Develop and implement HR-related projects and participate in special projects as needed.
  • Create and execute engagement plans for the organization with support from managers and the Leadership Team.
  • Actively participate in creating and executing training & development programs.
  • Promote a culture of feedback and open communication.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: min. 5 years of HR experience, with a proven track record in managing HR operations within a fast-paced environment, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
  • Language: Proficiency in Polish and a professional level of English.
  • HR Expertise: Strong experience in labor law, HR reporting, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and organizational development. Works council knowledge, union interactions is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide effective HR support at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify HR challenges and provide practical solutions.
