Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring proper documentation and training.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Polish labor laws.
  • Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and provide general assistance.
  • Help coordinate payroll data, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Support daily office operations, including supplies management and vendor coordination.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal/external service providers (e.g., IT, facility management, and finance teams).
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and operational policies.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures align with Polish labor laws and company standards.
  • Support audits and compliance reporting related to HR and operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and business information.
Requirements

This role requires a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably with 1-3 years of experience in HR, administration, or operations roles. Proficiency in MS Office, fluency in Polish and English, and strong organizational skills are essential. Experience with HR software is desirable.
