We strive to be environmentally responsible in our industry and in the communities where we operate. As a business partner, you'll work closely with our International HR colleagues on projects aligned to our People Strategy.

Your key responsibilities will include partnering with managers to resolve various employee and organizational issues, providing advisory services in performance planning, interpretation of company policies and programs, performance management, employee relations, talent development, and retention activities.

You'll also oversee HR Administration & Payroll, offer consultative support and guidance to managers on the implementation and coordination of core global and local HR programs, monitor key business metrics, and utilize workforce analytics to identify areas of opportunity/concern.

About the Role
  • This is a mid-senior level position working full-time in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong experience in labor law, HR reporting, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and organizational development is required.
  • A professional level of English and proficiency in Polish are essential.
