Project Controls Specialist

Dla naszego klienta poszukujemy obecnie kandydatów zainteresowanych dołączeniem do zespołu Project Control na stanowisku koordynatora projektów.

Zespół będzie odpowiedzialny za kontrolowanie przebiegu projektów w SAPie (SAP PS). Zadaniem członków zespołu będzie wprowadzanie i monitorowanie danych związanych z budżetem i harmonogramem projektów.

Przykładowe zadania:

  • wprowadzanie struktury kosztów projektu do SAP
  • ustawianie struktury, budżetu i harmonogramu projektu w SAP (moduł PS)
  • wprowadzanie i monitorowanie danych związanych z projektem (np. faktury, koszty podróży, godziny pracy konsultantów, przychody)
  • analiza postępu projektu i raportowanie
  • ścisła współpraca z project managerami z całego świata

Wymagania:

  • 2 lata doświadczenia we wprowadzaniu danych (np. w koordynacji projektów, wprowadzaniu zamówień, finansach, logistyce lub zespołach Master Data)
  • znajomość SAP (najlepiej modułu SAP PS lub SAP SD)
  • bardzo dobry angielski (B2+)
  • mile widziana wiedza i/lub doświadczenie związane z zarządzaniem projektami
