Product Owner (elektroniczna bankowość)
Lokalizacja: Warszawa, praca w modelu hybrydowym (2 dni pracy z biura)Rodzaj umowy: Kontrakt B2B przez Hays PolandWspółpraca: Współpraca długofalowaStart: Styczeń 2025Opis projektu: Poszukujemy doświadczonego Product Ownera do projektu cyfryzacji kredytów hipotecznych. Projekt koncentruje się na stworzeniu ścieżki klienta, która umożliwi załatwienie wszystkich formalności związanych z kredytem hipotecznym za pomocą telefonu. Naszym celem jest uproszczenie i automatyzacja procesów, aby zapewnić klientom jak najlepsze doświadczenie.
Zadania:
  • Definiowanie wymagań wraz z dedykowanym zespołem, w tym projektowanie doświadczenia i interfejsu klienta oraz uproszczeń i automatyzacji procesów.
  • Zarządzanie backlogiem zadań.
  • Tworzenie harmonogramu i roadmapy prac projektowych.
  • Dostarczanie rozwiązań zgodnie z przyjętym harmonogramem.
  • Zarządzanie zależnościami funkcjonalnymi.
  • Zarządzanie oczekiwaniami interesariuszy.

Wymagania:
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami/programami – minimum 4 lata doświadczenia. 
  • Doświadczenie zawodowe w branży finansowej.
  • Doświadczenie w projektach związanych z cyfryzacją kredytów hipotecznych.
  • Wiedza z zakresu biznesu klienta i funkcjonalności produktów.
  • Umiejętność definiowania zakresu prac koncepcyjnych.
  • Umiejętność opracowywania struktury podziału prac i harmonogramu.
  • Doświadczenie we wdrażaniu produktów end-to-end.
  • Znajomość metodyki Agile.
