Business Analyst Product Owner

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst Product Owner to support our experienced team in driving business growth through innovative solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for consolidating customer requirements, communicating product backlog items, and leading workshops and meetings to capture product requirements.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Ownership, with a proven track record of managing stakeholder requirements and working in an international organization with multiple stakeholders.

Daily tasks as a Product Owner in DGITS PL include:

  • Active Backlog management
  • Consolidating customer requirements in form of Epics/User Stories
  • Clearly communicating product backlog items to the team during scrum ceremonies
  • Leading workshops and meetings (internal and with the customer) to capture product requirements
  • Business configuration of application in cooperation with customer
  • Evaluating product progress at each iteration
  • Setting product directions by providing recommendations to key stakeholders

Our recruitment process includes:

  • Short interview with our recruiter (around 30 minutes) - online
  • 60-minutes technical interview (online)
  • 60 minutes meeting with Analysts Leader - meeting in our office (Krakowiaków 16 street, Warsaw)
