New Business Development Manager

Osoba zatrudniona na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za:
- Pozyskanie siedziby w celu otwarcia oddziału w Szczecinie,
- Czynny udział w rekrutacji kandydatów na handlowców i pracowników back office,
- Zarządzanie, motywowanie i kontrolowanie podległego zespołu pracowników,
- Nadzór nad przestrzeganiem procedur oraz standardów pracy przez podległych pracowników,
- Realizowanie założonych planów sprzedaży,
- Pozyskiwanie i budowanie trwałych relacji partnerskich z klientami,
- Prowadzenie aktywnej sprzedaży do klientów kluczowych,
- Składanie bieżących sprawozdań ze swojej działalności w postaci raportów,
- Bieżące analizowanie i przekazywanie przełożonemu informacji z rynku, wiedza o funkcjonowaniu konkurencji na swoim terenie (oferta produktowa, ceny, warunki współpracy oraz inne istotne czynniki),
- Kompleksowe zarządzanie nowo otwartym oddziałem firmy.
Od kandydatów na to stanowisko oczekujemy:
- Doświadczenia w sprzedaży w branży wyrobów hutniczych,
- Doświadczenia i umiejętności zarządzania zespołem,
- Doświadczenia w rekrutacji pracowników,
- Umiejętności sprzedaży, prezentacji i negocjacji,
- Dyspozycyjności, odpowiedzialności, konsekwencji w działaniu, zdolności organizacyjne,
- Znajomości języka angielskiego lub niemieckiego
- Prawo jazdy kategorii B.
