New Business Development Manager

Osoba zatrudniona na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za:

  • Pozyskanie siedziby w celu otwarcia oddziału w Szczecinie,
  • Czynny udział w rekrutacji kandydatów na handlowców i pracowników back office,
  • Zarządzanie, motywowanie i kontrolowanie podległego zespołu pracowników,
  • Nadzór nad przestrzeganiem procedur oraz standardów pracy przez podległych pracowników,
  • Realizowanie założonych planów sprzedaży,
  • Pozyskiwanie i budowanie trwałych relacji partnerskich z klientami,
  • Prowadzenie aktywnej sprzedaży do klientów kluczowych,
  • Składanie bieżących sprawozdań ze swojej działalności w postaci raportów,
  • Bieżące analizowanie i przekazywanie przełożonemu informacji z rynku, wiedza o funkcjonowaniu konkurencji na swoim terenie (oferta produktowa, ceny, warunki współpracy oraz inne istotne czynniki),
  • Kompleksowe zarządzanie nowo otwartym oddziałem firmy.

Od kandydatów na to stanowisko oczekujemy:

  • Doświadczenia w sprzedaży w branży wyrobów hutniczych,
  • Doświadczenia i umiejętności zarządzania zespołem,
  • Doświadczenia w rekrutacji pracowników,
  • Umiejętności sprzedaży, prezentacji i negocjacji,
  • Dyspozycyjności, odpowiedzialności, konsekwencji w działaniu, zdolności organizacyjne,
  • Znajomości języka angielskiego lub niemieckiego
  • Prawo jazdy kategorii B.
