We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Sales Consultant to join our team The successful candidate will focus on selling Sonar and GitLab licenses to businesses across various industries. As a Junior Sales Consultant, you will learn the full sales process from prospecting to closing deals while receiving support and guidance from experienced sales professionals. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in software sales, contributing to the growth and success of our business. Excellent level of German is a must as your main focus is on Austria, Germany, Switzerland Conversational proficiency in English (both spoken and written) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required) 1+ year of sales or customer service experience (preferably in B2B or software sales) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly Results-driven mindset with a passion for learning and achieving goals Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus Basic understanding of software development and DevOps concepts (Sonar and GitLab experience is a bonus, but not required) Ability to work independently while being a team player in a fast-paced environment.
