Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our sales team as a Junior Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Sonar and GitLab licenses to businesses across various industries. You will learn the full sales process from prospecting to closing deals while receiving support and guidance from experienced sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers in need of Sonar and GitLab solutions through various outreach methods (e.g., cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn)
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Sonar and GitLab products, staying up to date on their features, pricing models, and integration capabilities
Support Sales Process: Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations, ensuring alignment with customer needs
Follow-up: Maintain consistent communication with leads and customers throughout the sales process, providing timely responses and solutions to inquiries
Cross-Selling & Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional services, such as consulting and integration support
Collaboration: Work closely with senior sales reps, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and messaging
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, with a focus on driving revenue growth

Requirements:
• Fluent German language skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for learning and achieving goals
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
• Basic understanding of software development and DevOps concepts (Sonar and GitLab experience is a bonus, but not required)
