We are currently seeking a seasoned expert to join our remote team as a Lead ServiceNow Engineer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring and developing the ServiceNow platform, implementing out-of-the-box capabilities and custom solutions that meet the needs of our vision for secure, reliable, and resilient information systems.

This role focuses on designing and developing new ServiceNow applications and services for ITSM modules, including ITSM Standard modules, Flow Designer, Virtual Conversational Bot with MS Teams, CSM, and Service Portal. The successful candidate will possess expertise in ServiceNow processes or business modules (ITSM & ITOM – ITBM a bonus) and be skilled in owning and managing the integration of 3rd party systems with ServiceNow.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing new ServiceNow applications and services
  • Owning and managing the integration of 3rd party systems with ServiceNow
  • Creating and maintaining API and data integrations between ServiceNow and other services
  • Developing and supporting software integrations (e.g., PagerDuty, Intune, 3rd party inbound feeds)
  • Loading, transforming, and maintaining data between ServiceNow and other systems

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of hands-on experience with the development, configuration, implementation, and support of production and non-production ServiceNow instances. They will also have demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams of developers, ensuring successful project outcomes.

In addition to technical skills, the candidate should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with the Management, Platforms & Product teams to translate their requirements into deliverables within the ServiceNow platform.
