Main responsibilities:

  • Efficiently mentoring audit teams, monitoring of workloads and ensuring high level of team performance,
  • Being up-to-date with industry trends and developments,
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders,
  • Managing and overseeing day-to-day audit operations,
  • Developing, reviewing, and optimizing audit programs and testing procedures,
  • Providing audit reports and projects plans, ensuring delivery of high-quality work products,
  • Active participation in internal initiatives, providing insights and contributing to organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Strong audit or consulting experience (min. 3-4 years),
  • Business fluency in English in both, written and spoken communication,
  • Higher level of education in related fields, accounting certification is preferred (CPA/ ACA/ CIA/ CMA or MBA),
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint,
  • Experience in working with systems such as Oracle, AX or similar,
  • Strong data analysis skills with knowledge of analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Visual Basic),
  • Willingness to travel (domestic & international) - occasional travels.
