We are seeking a Corporate Finance Leader to join our team at Vention. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our finance function, developing and implementing financial strategies, and driving business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee all accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage the financial analysis and planning process, including FP&A and management accounting.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and prioritize business initiatives and projects.
- 15 years of experience in finance, with a proven track record as a VP of finance or equivalent.
- Holding a professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with an additional MSc/MBA being advantageous.
- Deep knowledge of international accounting standards (GAAP), financial reporting & consolidation, FP&A, management accounting.
- Skilled in operating within and impacting a multifaceted international corporation.
- Experience in implementing ERP systems.
