Who we are looking for

Global Credit Finance (GCF) Regulatory Reporting Assistant Vice President on our Business Support Team, to assist with efforts to implement process improvements and automation for GCF regulatory reporting requirements. This position will work with a team of colleagues in the US and Gdansk, Poland to review existing processes, identify opportunities for enhancement, and participate in implementation efforts.

What you will be responsible for

As a Global Credit Finance, Assistant Vice President you will:

  • Engage in ongoing review of existing GCF regulatory reporting processes and data sourcing, identify areas for enhancement, efficiencies, and automation, and drive implementation of appropriate changes, with a particular focus on reduction of manual processing.
  • Collaborate with all GCF stakeholders and partners to drive implementation of process improvements, including automation and IT-based solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation such as business requirements and testing plans, and conduct and document results of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Recommend and implement modifications of reporting logic based on complex analysis of portfolio data.
  • Review existing control framework for GCF regulatory reporting processes and identify potential enhancements.
  • Review identified reporting errors to identify root cause, and develop and execute appropriate remediation plans.
  • Assist with responses to internal and external reviews of GCF regulatory reporting and execution of remediation plans.
  • Understand, participate in and work in accordance with GCF operating strategy.
  • Analyze and document operational reporting processes and controls.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests and special projects as needed.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting preferred.
  • 5+ years of financial services experience.
  • Established English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting.
  • Familiarity with credit lending products is required.
  • Working knowledge of the syndicated bank loan market and systems.
  • Ability to think critically to understand existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas to internal and external audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, advanced experience in Excel.
