For international law company in Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Junior Marketing Specialist role.

Location: Warsaw, Śródmieście | hybrid model of work (3 days from home, 2 days onsite)

ROLE:

  • Take responsibility for the ongoing maintenance and updating of practice/sector related content on company website and on relevant intranet pages.
  • Assist in the orchestration, execution, and evaluation of events such as seminars, webinars, roundtables and conferences.
  • Ensure the readiness and quality of marketing collateral, CVs, and PitchPerfect content.
  • Project management and drafting of legal directory submissions.
  • Work with the BDM team to enhance coordination efforts, including managing a centralised repository for credentials and marketing materials.
  • Craft comprehensive client, sector, and practice overviews to facilitate client engagement.
  • Oversee the pitch process from inception to delivery for standard proposals.
  • Support in raising the practice's profile both internally and externally in close partnership with the Marketing Communications team.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent written and oral communication in English (mandatory).
  • Marketing, PR, communications, HR, Employer Branding or administrative experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics, or Law.
  • Fully proficiency in the Microsoft Office package (Word, PowerPoint and Excel are especially important).
  • Experience from the law firm would be a valuable asset.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Project management skill is a plus.
