Marketing Specialist


Your responsibilities

  • We are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team at RITS. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, analytical skills, and the ability to create creative content. We value individuals with proficiency in digital marketing and excellent communication skills.
  • Identifying potential markets for product expansion and analyzing market trends.
  • Coordinating and implementing marketing strategies to promote a company's products or services.
  • Conducting market research to gather and analyse data on customer demographics, preferences, needs and buying habits.
  • Creating reports detailing the impact and effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and presenting these findings to management.
  • Developing engaging marketing materials, working closely with designer to produce effective advertisements, emails, social media posts, and other forms of communication.
  • Cultivating partnerships with media and influencers to increase brand awareness.
  • Monitoring and analyzing competitors' marketing strategies and adapting strategies as required.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Marketing area.
  • Ability to conduct market research and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media).
  • Knowledge of the principles of creating marketing funnels and landing pages that convert well.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage projects and organize work effectively.
  • Openness to new challenges and a desire for continuous learning.
  • Self-starter with a natural curiosity for new ways of doing marketing.
  • Knowledge of Polish & English languages on the min. C1 level.
  • Experience in IT or Tech company.
  • B2B marketing experience.
