  • Udokumentowane osiągnięcia w negocjacjach z dostawcami oraz zarządzaniu budżetem zakupowym.
  • Doświadczenie w rozwijaniu i skalowaniu kategorii produktowych.
  • Silne umiejętności analityczne oraz doświadczenie w wykorzystywaniu danych do podejmowania decyzji biznesowych (np. raporty sprzedażowe, analizy KPI, narzędzia BI).
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem, w tym mentoring, coaching oraz rozwój talentów.
  • Biegła znajomość pakietu MS Office, zwłaszcza Excel i PowerPoint.
  • Silne zdolności negocjacyjne, analityczne oraz strategiczne myślenie.
