Commercial Category Director

We are looking for a talented Category Commercial Manager to join our team and take charge of the annual plan and promo calendar for tomato products & hot sauces category.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in managing sales and marketing budgets.
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the development of the annual plan and promo calendar.
- Managing category risks and opportunities.
- Collaborating with sales on bottom-up planning of customer volume forecasts.
- Tracking financial KPIs to deliver both topline and bottom line growth.
Requirements:
- University degree in relevant field.
- At least 5 years' work experience in marketing & sales related fields.
- Excellent communication skills (both direct face-to-face and remote cooperation).
- Proactive and positive attitude, ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Numerical capabilities and cross-functional business awareness.
- Analytical and project management skills – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent English and Polish language proficiency.
- MS Office literacy.
- Diverse experience between marketing, trade marketing, sales, and finance is an asset.
