Zadania:
  • Codzienna realizacja zamówień klientów w SAP
  • Koordynacja całego procesu realizacji zamówienia w SAP: dane podstawowe, ceny, dostępność, zmiany, dostawy, incydenty
  • Zarządzanie dostawami i codzienny kontakt z zakładami macierzystymi i magazynami zlokalizowanymi w Europie
  • Zarządzanie wierzytelnościami
  • Zarządzanie fakturami i notami kredytowymi/debetowymi
  • Utrzymywanie cen w SAP
  • Terminowe odpowiadanie na różne zapytania i doraźne prośby związane z zarządzaniem zamówieniami, pomaganie klientom w rozwiązywaniu problemów i incydentów
  • Budowanie długoterminowych relacji z klientami i wewnętrznymi interesariuszami

Wymagania:
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka francuskiego, angielskiego i polskiego - min. B2
  • Doświadczenie w obsłudze klienta, zarządzaniu zamówieniami lub podobne
  • Zdolność do pracy w dynamicznym środowisku
  • Bardzo silne umiejętności komunikacyjne
  • Znajomość pakietu MS Office
  • Znajomość SAP będzie dodatkowym atutem
