Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Order Management Specialist to join our team. As an expert in sales order management, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of customer orders within Philips' ERP system (SAP) and the customer's portal. Your primary objective will be to coordinate the entire order delivery process in SAP ERP, including master data, pricing, availability, changes, deliveries, incidents, invoices, and credit/debit notes.
In this role, you will be a key member of a mature and knowledgeable team directly responsible for end-to-end sales order management performance of Philips' largest customer and strategic partner. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely response to various queries and ad-hoc requests affiliated with order management, acting as a process expert.
As an Order Management Specialist, your duties will include executing customer orders within Philips' ERP system (SAP), coordinating the entire order delivery process in SAP ERP: master data, pricing, availability, changes, deliveries, incidents, managing invoices and credit/debit notes, and investigating issues. You will also prepare and monitor relevant KPIs such as confirmation rates, down confirmations, cancellations, backorders, penalties, and disputes.
You will be pro-active in proposing and implementing process improvement initiatives to bring performance levels higher and increase efficiency within the team. In addition, you will thrive in a complex and challenging environment, have very good communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels, both internally and within the service providers.
