Job Description:

As a leading provider in the biopharmaceutical industry we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for driving new business and selling our innovative range of products and services to prospective clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented individual with a passion for sales to make a significant impact within our organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and engage with potential customers to promote our products and services

  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with customers

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

  • People Management skills and experience

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Agriculture, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications would be an advantage.

  • Proven experience in sales, key account management, and business development within the Livestock or related industry

  • Ability to manage and lead a successful team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
