Obowiązki

  • Umiejętność motywowania zespołu oraz wyznaczania i egzekwowania założonych celów, rozwiązywania problemów 
  • Oczekujemy, że będziesz promować wysoką kulturę bezpieczeństwa 
  • Komunikatywność, zdolność budowania dobrych relacji w zespole 
  • Zapewnienie sprawnego oraz terminowego przepływu materiałów
  • Kontrola poprawności stanów magazynowych, weryfikacja oraz wyjaśnianie ewentualnych niezgodności
  • Przeprowadzanie regularnych kontroli stanu magazynu

 

Wymagania 

  • Około 5-letnie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku - najlepiej w dużej firmie produkcyjnej
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z systemem magazynowym SAP oraz pakietu MS Office 
  • Znajomość narzędzi Lean, 5S, Six-Sigma
  • Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego oraz język polski w stopniu umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację

 

Umiejętności

  • Umiejętność organizacji, planowania i wyznaczania priorytetów 
  • Umiejętność przekazywania zadań do wykonania
  • Samodzielność, niezależność w wykonywaniu obowiązków, przywiązywanie dużej uwagi do terminowości i jakości
