How you will make an impact

This role is in the diverse and international, Intelligent Automation and Data Lakehouse team in Application Services, IT Operations, covering the areas of data capabilities, analytics consumption and process automation. Our team is placed in Viby, Denmark, Leeds, UK and Gdansk, Poland.

As a department, we take care of the IT maintenance and support. Ensuring we service our applications in the best way, focusing on quality. We empower ourselves and our partners with collaborating closely in an honest and open way whilst having fun doing IT.

 We are scaling up in the Robotics Automation area and you will join the growing team in IT Operations supporting our business as well as our IT Solutions teams.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing fresh solutions, handle incidents and changes for existing processes (robots)
  • Work in BluePrism, RoboFinance, and Power Platform with processes spanning all business area. 
  • Work in a DevOpsmodel to ensure development, deployment, and maintenance go together in a seamless manner while upholding the quality and ease of business. 
  • Support business processes and provide high level services in terms of Identification and development of automation opportunities, mapping and optimising business processes and client communication.
  • In our team, we regularly use our automation tool for internal processes to ensure its effectiveness and continuous improvement.

 

        What will make you successful: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of process automation methodologies and best practices 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a team environment
  • Knowledge of scripting & programming languages such as VB.NET or C#
  • Analytical skills to review and improve new and existing robotic processes
  • At least 2 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), specifically with BluePrism or any other RPA technology 
  • Proficiency in BluePrism development, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to handle incidents and changes for existing robots, including maintenance tasks and troubleshooting issues

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience with other Automation tools like RoboFinance, PowerAutomate, etc. 
  • Experience working in a DevOps environment, ensuring seamless integration of development, deployment, and maintenance processes
  • Previous experience in IT operations or application support roles
  • SAP experience
  • BluePrism Certification
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives and implementing automation solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
