Your responsibilities, Define and implement tailored business process management standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organization, Collaborate with decentralized process excellence teams to gather input, feedback and promote adoption of standard process management practices in the organization, Actively promote continuous improvement and process excellence culture in the organization, Implement and coordinate training programs for business stakeholders on process management standards and methodologies, Lead functional and cross-functional process improvement projects, Support organization in various process mapping activities
Min. Bachelor's degree, Min. of 3 years of experience in business process management or related roles, Proficiency in process modeling and process mapping (End-to-end process experience will be a strong advantage), Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Proven project management skills, Change management skills, Well-organized, self-motivated, and independent work ethic, Expected willingness to travel approximately 4-6 weeks per year
Optional, Knowledge and experience in Lean and Six Sigma
