About Project:

We are looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer to join our IT team in Gdańsk. In this position, you will be in charge of maintaining, supporting, and deploying Arla's cloud-based analytics platform, collaborating with our DevOps team to ensure smooth operations, provide guidance to junior members, and enhance our processes.

  • Ensure all developments can be operationalized by communicating needs early
  • Store and share knowledge with the team
  • Act as a mentor and guide for junior members
  • Provide feedback for process improvement
  • Support analytics using Azure tools, SQL, Python, and Spark
  • Contribute to the stability of the Analytics Platform architecture
  • Review and provide feedback on product work
  • Minimize service interruptions
  • Participate in automation of DevOps pipelines
  • Innovate monitoring solutions
  • Be adaptable and collaborative
Requirements Expected:
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Operational experience
  • Team player with mentoring abilities
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Azure services, Python, ARM, and SQL
  • Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
