Would you like to be part of KYC Service Domain in the Financial Crime Prevention Technology area? We are now looking for a Associate Project Leader who will join KYC Delivery Control support as driver to deliver business value in multidimensional environment. You will work closely with our senior project management team to support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of various projects. What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Identify potential risks and work with senior project managers to mitigate them
  • Organize project documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in project meetings and assist with preparing reports
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment


The role is based in Gdańsk; Warszawa.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or similar tools)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on meeting deadlines


Your experience and background: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Previous internship or experience in project management or related roles
  • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies
  • Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM) is a plus but not required
