Co-ordinate and drive key financial processes: month-end closing; annual budget and strategic plan circleMeasure and drive the performance initiatives within the given area responsibilityParticipating in a strategic decision setting, development projects, and materially important procurement spendingContinuous improvement of internal control environmentControl and manage the working capital and cash levels across the businessDevelop Finance and IT team with a view to integrating them into the wider group community

The Successful Applicant

Higher education in a relevant filed, economics, accounting or a related disciplineExperience from audit firms (Big 4) is desirable and will be an advantageExperience in tax and audit, controlling, with a strong background in implementing tax strategiesAdditional qualifications such as KIBR, ACCA, CIMA are advantageousProficient knowledge of accounting regulations, CIT, PIT, VATBusiness acumen with a strong expertise in financial and managerial accStrong leadership and effective communication skillsCan-do attitude, problem solving orientation, and attention to detailEagerness for professional development and achieving new heightsFluency in English is a must
