Job Description

  • Supports the Territory Risk and Compliance Directors to ensure that team members work effectively and proactively with business teams and industry participants to advise and assist in managing risk matters.
  • Maintains global risk and compliance policies and Executes R&C controls and processes.
  • Maintains an engagement acceptance system for questions related to engagement risk.
  • Liaises with business/engagement teams to address risk and compliance questions related to day-to-day practice.
  • Provides Risk and Compliance training and support to businesses in the region and designs and conducts quality review programs within the region.
  • Manages intake and risk management reviews for joint business relationships and new service offerings as well as provides recommendations for Global R&C Leadership.
  • Investigate complaints and allegations brought through the Ethics Hotline and conduct monitoring/testing activities (where applicable) to detect non-compliance.
  • Provides regional support for crisis management programs using AlertMedia for individuals in the regions.

Qualifications

  • Min. Bachelor degree
  • Min. 3 years of Compliance law experience
  • Fluent English is a must
  • French is highly desirable

Additional information

  • This role is open remotely in Poland or office, hybrid working from any of our offices in Opole, Katowice, and Warsaw.
  • We are open to candidates from the countries of CEE region as well as Turkey and Portugal.
