We are looking for a skilled Project Manager (GenAI) to join our team in Poland. Our customer is one of the world's largest food and beverage companies, operating in 189 countries with over 2000 brands. The company's diverse portfolio includes products such as bottled water, dairy products, breakfast cereals, coffee, confectionery, frozen food, pet foods, snacks, and baby food.Our project aims to harness the power of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) to streamline organizational processes, enhance productivity, and foster innovation within the workplace. By integrating GenAI capabilities, the organization seeks to automate routine tasks, improve decision-making, and facilitate more efficient communication and collaboration among employees.Key Responsibilities:Work with cross-functional team on successful project(s) delivery Carry out monitoring to track project parameters (scope, budget, schedule, and quality)Communicate daily with stakeholders to share project status and identified issuesPerform risk management activities on a regular basisHelping team to manage the backlog according to roadmap and prioritiesEstablishing smooth processes and executing process improvementsPlan, staff, lead and motivate a project team from both internal and external stakeholder organizationsManage team’s performance, provide feedback and work on personal goalsRequirements:4+ years of hands-on experience in managing complex software projects with international clients Sense of urgency and dedication to meeting requirements according to the project plan and stakeholders needsIn-depth experience with Agile methodologies in practiceSolid soft skills including business savviness, communication, and problem solvingAdvanced English written and verbal communication skills (C1/C2)
