About this opportunity
Welcome to the Daily Banking Processing FI 4 team. We add value by delivering services and products with quality and efficiency. As the Process Officer (Daily Banking Processing FI Team), you’ll play a valuable role in keeping our delivery promises to our customers and stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing:
- Proactively gaining process knowledge to provide required service level
- Handling routine task at the required level of quality and within time frame following guidelines/working instructions
- Co-operating with stakeholders across Nordea
- Identifying and proposing improvements within own area of responsibility to improve process efficiency and reduce risk and cost
- You’ll join a an International Team full of skilled people working towards common goals

Your experience and background:
- English on good communicative level (at least B1+)
- Good command of MS Office Tools (Outlook & Excel)
- Graduated at least secondary school
- All financial background will be a welcome plus
