Welcome to the GBS Operations - Payment Services - Common Functions Team. 


Would you like to join us and help Payment Services to deliver, excel and transform? We are now looking for a Business Analyst to prepare for and streamline Payment Infrastructure Simplification implementations - and more - you will play active role in coordinating Payment Services’ involvement.

About this opportunity


As the Business Analyst, you’ll play a valuable role in leading and participating of various projects and initiatives by aligning people, systems and processes, for example, in:

  • ISO implementation 
  • Local Nordic Payment infrastructure changes
  • Payment systems new deployments 

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Driving and representing PS in various projects and initiatives to help us transform the bank
  • Acting as a bridge between PS and projects teams, coordinating PS involvement in preparations and deployment activities
  • Collecting and handling insights and data, performing analysis, forming recommendations for decision-making
  • Contributing to development of communication materials, trainings, instructions for users

 

You’ll join a team of Business Analysts representing different business backgrounds, focused on solving issues, building solutions and making changes happen. The role is based in Łódź.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

  • Have +/- 2 years of experience from role where you have proven your skills in working with business change/ projects/ initiatives, including your skills when it comes to planning, prioritisation, timing, following-up and coordinating the work of yourself and others
  • Can collaborate and communicate effectively at all levels in the organization, including Senior Management
  • Can conduct meetings efficiently and achieve expected outcomes
  • Have a continuous improvement, can-do mindset and problem solving skills (able to identify problems and speak-up, investigate their root causes, identify possible solutions)
  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
