Your responsibilities will cover the following areas: 

  • Support the global finance organization in identifying and prioritizing OTC improvement initiatives
  • Liaise with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Break projects into manageable tasks and assist in scheduling resources
  • Track project progress, communicate status, and address issues with the Project Manager· Work closely with the OTC Global Process Owner (GPO) to align local and global initiatives
  • Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings, preparing necessary materials
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and measure performance using appropriate tools.

 

We're the perfect match, if you have: 

  • At least 3-years experience in OTC processes operational / project coordination role in SSC/BPO environment (at least a basic understanding of retail operations and how sales and finance workflows function within these processes)
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PRINCE2 and other will be an asset), experience with project management software, preferably JIRA and Confluence
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (experience in coordination and management of stakeholders to drive project progress is a must)
  • Understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes within a hybrid company operating in retail, e-commerce, and wholesale
  • Fluency in English 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, working knowledge of ERP systems (S/4 HANA will be an asset)
  • Proactive and ‘can do’ approach
  • Customer-oriented mindset
