We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our dynamic, global team. This role plays an essential part in our project management endeavors, focusing on assisting with the planning, execution, and finalization of projects within our diverse portfolio.
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting project activities, helping to ensure all project phases are on track and within budget, and facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities, effective communication skills, and a foundational understanding of project management tools and methodologies.

Requirements:
  • Familiarity with basic project management concepts and methodologies
  • Foundational understanding of the project lifecycle and project management processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
  • English level: Upper Intermediate +
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities to ensure timely completion within budget
  • Support the project team in executing tasks and achieving milestones
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and progress to ensure adherence to project goals
  • Facilitate communication between team members and internal stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment
  • Coordinate and schedule project meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Maintain project documentation and records to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Assist in the preparation of project status reports and presentations
  • Provide support in the resolution of project-related issues and obstacles
  • Collaborate with the team to promote effective communication and successful project delivery
